Change of Idea

I have decided to re-do my magazine from last year as looking back I can see that it needs improvements and changes done to it so as to improve the work and my grade. I'm planning on using the same content for most of my magazine except I will be taking better more professional looking images in the studio which will help to signify my more professional looking and presented magazine.

The type of magazine I will produce is a music magazine which is the same as last year.

My name of my magazine will be the same as last (seen below), however I will change it slightly as to fit with my new colour palette.

This will go with my idea for the magazine as the magazine is meant to inspire young people into a career in music. The font is curved, soft and appealing to the eye, however it has sharp skinny parts which shows that it isn't for a really young audience, but for my target audience. I have also put colours in the circles of the letters, like Billboard magazine does as it is for the same target audience; young adults and it includes new music.

I will change my colour palette as the black, blue, red and white was too striking and overly used in my product so for my revisited magazine I will use pale colours alongside striking colours, much like the VOGUE magazine with Lana Del Rey who is featured on the cover.
